The glittering event, held at 8 Northumberland Avenue, raised more than £140,000 from the charity's ongoing medical programs in Africa.
Guests were treated to champagne in the blue and gold decorated billiard room and performance by local gospel choir.
Mercy ships founder Don Stephen gave a presentation alongside videos showing the charity's work transforming lives over the past 40 years.
